This August, join us on the Surf Coast for a nourishing immersion in Yin Yoga, mindfulness, Qi Gong, and ancient wisdom healing traditions, designed to support your nervous system, replenish your energy reserves, and return to what truly nourishes you.

Held in a peaceful indoor venue surrounded by nature, this retreat invites you to step out of the busyness and into the stillness that this season offers.

Meet Your Facilitators

Hugh Lee – Yin Yoga and meditation teacher/trainer, founder of Breath of Heart. Hugh brings over a decade of experience in guiding nervous system-based practices through presence, stillness, and embodied wisdom.

Peter Haxell – Doctor of Chinese Medicine (TCM) and mindfulness educator. Peter integrates acupuncture and practical mindfulness in his healing work.

Together, Hugh and Peter offer a grounded and spacious day of inner recalibration and seasonal restoration.
